dc.description.abstract | The palladium catalyst [(2,9-dimetyl-1,10-fenantrolin)Pd(µ-OAc)]2(OTf)2 was used to
oxidize methyl-β-D-xylopyranoside in the C-3 posistion. To transform monosacharides
to a UV acitve glycoconjugate by reductive amination with aniline derivates m-anisidin
and 3-(Trifluoromethoxy)aniline. | |
