In this thesis I aspire to find out how innovative residential models can help to create a diverse housing situation and an inclusive Oslo. Housing prices in Oslo have raised by 50% inn the last five years, and there has been a trend that not only those who are poorest, but also those who are a bit further up on the income list, are being excluded from the housing market. We can also see that, though the rental prices are quite alike all over the city, the prices for buying house are increasingly differing from district to district. This means that the attractively of rental in district where house prices are high are decreasing. This, together with other elements, has done so that there has risen socioeconomic geographical groupings within the city of Oslo, with a trend towards an increasingly segregated city.nb_NO
