Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of serial inclusion (0, 5, 10, 15, and 20%) of alfalfa protein concentrate (APC) in relation to production efficiency, welfare, and colorimetric characteristics of juvenile Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.) cultivated in a freshwater RAS-system.
