Bruken av droneskanning til å kvalitetssikre arbeidet til grunnentreprenøren

Abstract

Byggenæringen digitaliserer mer og mer av byggeprosessen og bygningsinformasjonsmodellering (BIM) har blitt en viktig del av den daglige driften ute på byggeplass. Droneteknologi kan blant annet brukes til droneskann av byggeplass som så kan bli benyttet som grunnlag for å utføre kvalitetssikring av byggeprosjekt. I denne oppgaven ble to prosjekter gjennomgått på hvordan droneskanningen ble benyttet i byggeprosjekter. Oppgaven sentrer seg rundt problemstillingen: «Hvordan kan totalentreprenøren bruke droneskanning til å kvalitetssikre arbeidet til grunnentreprenøren?»

The construction industry is evolving in digitizing the construction process, and building information modeling (BIM) has become a primary part of the daily operations on the construction site. Drone technology can among other things, be used for drone scans of construction sites, and further used as a basis for performing quality assurance of the construction project. In this thesis, two projects were analyzed on how drone scanning can be used on construction projects. The thesis centers around the problem statement: "How can the turnkey contractor utilize drone scanning to ensure the quality of the work of the ground-contractor?"
