Kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel i estetisk vakre grøntanlegg

Abstract

Skjøtsel omhandler pleie av levende organismer. Det finnes lite informasjon om kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel og hvilke grep som kan tas i planleggingsfasen for å tilrettelegge for kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel. Det blir satt lite vekt på det i landskapsarkitektur studiet. Det blir stadig mer fokus på kostnader i bransjen og noen ganger strekker ikke ressursene til. Dette kan resultere i at anlegg forfaller og får lav estetisk kvalitet. Denne studien fokuserer derfor på hvordan landskapsarkitekter kan bruke ulike grep i planleggingsfasen for å oppnå estetisk vakre grøntanlegg med kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel. Den søker etter den kunnskapen vi har om skjøtsel for å hatt fokus på skjøtsel. Ved å intervjue ulike fagfolk innenfor grøntanleggssektoren, kom det frem en rekke funn som baserer seg på deres erfaringer om kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel og estetikk. Funnene ble diskutert og sammenlignet med hverandre, samt funnene i teorien. Studien viser at grepene som kan utføres er temabaserte. Temaene som ble identifisert var Utforming, Samarbeid, Økonomi, Plantevalg, Ugress, Vanning og Estetikk. Studien avsluttes med konkrete anbefalinger i en veileder. Veilederen inneholder grep som landskapsarkitekter kan bruke i planleggingsfasen for å oppnå kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel i estetisk vakre grøntanlegg. Studien avsluttes også med en toppliste av stauder som som egner seg for kostnadseffektiv skjøtsel.

Maintenance of plants means care of the living organisms. There is little information on the topic and little emphasis is placed on this during education, at least at NMBU. There is an increasing focus on costs in the industry, and sometimes when the budget is too low, the results can be green spaces that fall into disrepair and have low aesthet¬ic quality. This study therefore focuses on how landscape architects can use different measures in the planning phase to achieve aesthetically pleasing green spaces with cost-effective maintenance. It searches for the knowledge we have about management to increase awareness of the topic and plan for well-functioning facilities. The study addresses three green areas that have focused on management. By interviewing various professionals in the greenery sector,, several findings emerged that are based on their experi- ences of cost-effective care and aesthetics. The findings were discussed and compared with each other and theories on the subject/topic. The study shows that the actions that can be performed are theme-based. The themes were Design, Collaboration, Economics, Plant Selection, Weeds, Irrigation, and Aesthetics. The study concludes with specific recommendations in a guide format, as well as with a top-list of perennials that landscape ar¬chitects can use in the planning phase to achieve cost-effective care in aesthetically pleasing green spaces.
