In our master’s thesis we’ve conducted a comparative case study where we studied ‘coworking’ through three different perspectives. These three studies comprise: “Well established coworking operators” (Case 1) who rent property in order to sublease it to its members, “Landlords who operate coworking spaces through self-management” (Case 2) and “Landlords who rent out office spaces to coworking operators” (Case 3). The main purpose of the case study is to provide Norwegian landlords a detailed overview of what coworking entails, as well as how they efficiently can operate coworking spaces through their own property. The main issue we’re researching throughout the study is: Should Norwegian landlords operate the concept of ‘coworking’ independently?en_US
