dc.description.abstract	Since 1991 Noragric has been engaged to assist NORAD in the management and administration of the Sahel-Sudan-Ethiopia (SSE) Programme that funds projects implemented by Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Mali. In the agreement, Noragric's role and mandate is defined as advising NORAD after reviewing projects for their compliance with the SSE objectives. Noragric also act as technical advisors for the NGOs involved in implementing such projects based on knowledge and experiences gained to provide forums for the communication and sharing of experiences and increased collaboration among NGOs.	nb_NO
