F has successfully achieved its output targets. The outputs, both technical and social, have had significant positive development and environmental impacts on the target groups. The methodology is technically, socially and economically sound, and represents an excellent investment of donor and government funds. SWDF is well managed, yet as it evolves it will require some change, some of which has been started, to achieve its strategic goals. This report aims to assist in that process.nb_NO
