What can we learn from Hyman Minsky, a revised social contract and provide contributive justice for those excluded in our modern economy
Abstract
By illuminating changes in our economy, I address a deep concern in our economy, that we exclude a vast part of the population from the labour market. What I perceive to be a violation of the social contract, hence this social contract in the lens of Jean-Jacques Rousseau needs a revision. A revision I find feasible with inspiration from Hyman Minsky, where this thesis presents a framework for how we as a society can include and embrace those outside the labour market.
