dc.description.abstract	Following a visit made by Dr. Gustav Klem, Head, Natura! Resources Division of NORAD, to Ethiopia and Eritrea, NORAD wished to offer assistance to three Colleges of agriculture (two in Ethiopia and one in Eritrea). This initiative was described as a fast and basic institution strengthening package designed to help the colleges to meet their basic needs and to stimulate further lang term co-operation with AUN /NORAGRIC. It was understood that the level of development cooperation between the Government of Norway and the Govemments of Ethiopia and Eritrea, was expanding especially in the field of natura! resources management.	nb_NO
