| dc.description.abstract | This thesis deals with the subject servitudes. I have taken a closer look at the validity of servitudes in a historical perspective and the methods certain participants use to clean up in circumstances concerning servitudes. Property terms and conceptual explanations will be accounted for and I have examined the evolution of servitudes up until today. I have also given a thorough explanation on conditions concerning establishment of servitudes as well as public and private law government through municipal plans and development plans in relation to servitudes. Additionally I have explained which methods are applicable in today’s system to discontinue a servitude. Through interviews I have found out the validity of the servitude is not constant and that the use of contracts and land consolidation are favorable methods for tidying in servitude affairs. | no_NO |
