dc.description.abstract	This study is about the real estate market in Oslo, Asker and Bærum, with main focus on the office market. This study is based on an analysis of market reports from three significant publishers in the Norwegian real estate market, two real estate brokers and one investing company, to see what they focus on in the market and how the quality of the figures they present are.
