| dc.description.abstract | Oppgaven omhandler hvordan fremtidig utvikling i Valle i Setesdal kan legges tilrette gjennom lansdskapsplanlegging. Selve initiativet kom fra Valle kommune, men jeg har stått fritt i forhold til vinklingen av oppgaven. Målet er å aktivisere Nomeland, et sentrumsnært område og omkringliggende steder. Planleggingen skal rettes mot friluftsliv og kultur. Et annet mål er å få en bred og sammensatt brukergruppe, med forankring i lokalbefolkningen og et tilbud for turister. Oppgaven er strukturert i fem deler. Del 1 er innledning med bakgrunn for oppgaven, aktualitet, problemstilling og metode. Del 2 tar for seg stedet. Selve grunnlaget for landskapsplanleggingen er basert på del 3, analysedelen. Analysemetoden er landskapsanalyse, hvor fem ulike tema blir tatt opp, geeologi, arealdekke, arealbruk, kulturminner og romlig analyse. Gjennom disse temaene trekkes det frem kvaliteter, aktiviteter og problemområder som er grunnlaget til idéer og videre planlegging. Del 4 omhandler forslag til utvikling, og del 5 er det avsluttende kapittelet. Utviklingsforslagene begynner med overordnede strukturer. Det blir presentert gjennom et løypeforslag som baserer seg på temaene ”kultur” og ”aktiv”. Her blir universell utforming tatt opp, og videre tiltak innenfor informasjon, parkering, overganger og broer. Tiltak for stier og steder blir presentert i ulike delområder. En generell beskrivelse av belysningen og videre framdrift avslutter del 4. Ved tilrettelegging av Nomeland og områdene rundt blir kulturlandskapet et levende område for rekreasjon og fysisk utfoldelse. Utviklingen er knyttet opp mot temaene ”kultur” og ”aktiv”, som kan brukes i pedagogisk undervisning og historieformidling til både turister og fastboende. Det sentrumsnære området vil bli lett tilgjengelig for aktivt bruk og nye sosiale møtesteder skapes. This thesis discusses how the future development of Valle in Setesdal can be organized through landscape/ spatial planning. The initiative came from the municipality, but I have been free to angle the task to my own liking. An important goal is to facilitate Nomeland for outdoor life and cultural activities in a way that is rooted in the local community. Another goal is that a wide range of people make use of the facilities, including locals and tourists alike. The thesis consists of five parts. Part one is an introduction. It sums up the background and discusses the current interest in the problem. Here I also describe methods on which my analysis will be made. Part two is about the place of interest. The grounds for the spacial planning are based on part three, the analysis. The method is landscape analysis. Five topics are addressed in this part: Geology, land cover, land use, cultural heritage and spatial analysis. Through these topics I highlight qualities, activities and areas of potential conflict, upon which I will base my ideas and further planning. Part four sets forth proposals regarding how to develop the area of interest, and part five is the conclusion. The development proposal begins with overall structures, like the pathways. The paths are bases on the theme ”culture” and “active”. Universal design is addressed, as is further measures regarding information, parking, crossings and bridges. Paths and places are described under the presentations of the different parts of the area. A general description of the lighting and the further progress concludes part four. By facilitating the cultural area that is Nomeland it will become a living area for recreation and working out. The development is tied to the themes «culture» and «active», which can made use of both in the education of children and in passing on knowledge of historic events to local people and tourists alike. Because of its close proximity to the community center, Nomeland and the surrounding area is easily made available for active use. At the same time, social meeting places are created. | en_US |
